2 Definitions and Terminology

The following terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" — The i baji website, mobile app and all related digital channels.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who is registered on or using the platform.
• "Account" — A personal profile created through registration that is used to access the services.
• "Balance" — The total of real money deposited into the account plus any applicable bonuses.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or other benefit granted by i baji, subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The specified number of times a bonus amount must be wagered.
• "Bet" — A wager placed on a game or event, or the amount of that wager.
• "Net Loss" — Total amount lost minus total amount won over a given period.

3 Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use any service on i baji. For Ages 21+ Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. i baji reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend an account until sufficient proof is provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or through members of the same household will result in those accounts being closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account — including name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — must be truthful and accurate. Registration using false or inaccurate information will result in permanent account cancellation and any funds may be forfeited.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, i baji may at any time ask a user to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document for verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently restricted.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

If you believe that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, contact i baji's 24/7 live chat or email support immediately. i baji will not be held liable for any loss resulting from a delay in reporting.

• Avoid using easily guessable passwords, such as your date of birth or simple number sequences.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of your session.
• It is recommended that you change your password regularly.
• i baji will never ask for your password or OTP via email or message.

5 Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

Deposits on i baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Funds must be sent only from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Payment Method Consistency

A policy of using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals may apply. When verifying a withdrawal request, i baji may ask for identity documents or proof of ownership of the payment method.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The i baji welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

i baji regularly offers various promotions. Each promotion has its own applicable terms:

• Weekly i baji Recharge Festival: 20% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• i baji Cricket Dhamaka: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• Friday i baji Bonanza: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
• i baji Birthday Treat: Up to ৳2,000 reward, 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend and Win with i baji: Up to ৳3,000 reward, 12x wagering.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once unless the promotion's own terms state otherwise.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.
• i baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any existing promotion at any time.
• Winnings derived from bonuses count as real funds, but may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error has occurred. For bet cancellations on cricket, football or other sports events, the decision of the relevant sporting authority will be followed.

7.2 Technical Errors

If there is an obvious error in a game result or odds, i baji reserves the right to cancel that bet. Funds from bets placed by taking advantage of erroneous odds may be forfeited.

7.3 VIP Programme

The i baji VIP Programme has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Cashback is paid at a set rate based on the net loss for the week. Progression to a higher tier depends on continued active participation on the platform.

7.4 Game Results

All games on i baji are operated through third-party certified software providers. These providers use random number generator technology. Game results are in no way predetermined and each round is conducted independently.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on i baji:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — managing accounts strategically to claim bonuses in violation of policy.
• Using software, robots, bots or any other automated method to operate games or bets.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engage in hacking.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Depositing third-party funds into your own account.
• Fraud or collusion against other users.

If any of the above violations are proven, i baji may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all balances.
